Welcome to Elise Wellness

Hi, my name is Elise Henriksen. I'm a Certified Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach, Mind-Body Practitioner, and the founder of Elise Wellness. I live in Sydney with my husband and 3 year old daughter. â€‹â€‹

Becoming a mom inspired me to make positive changes to my health. For most of my life I had difficulty managing stress and nutrition  which led to a variety of challenges. Recognising that I could potentially pass these challenges on to my daughter was a turning point for me.​​

​

What I love about Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching is that it addresses all areas of life, the human condition and how it is all connected. ​

​My mission empower you with the knowledge and tools to take charge of your health through all stages of life and parenthood. 

 

It's not about being perfect!  Life and parenthood is full of ups and downs and we can't control everything. My goal is to help you focus on the things things that are within your control and find a balance that works for you and your family. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

I offer 1:1 remote coaching programs and 1-hour sessions to help you deepen your self-awareness and tackle challenges in all areas of life. ​
