Hi, I'm Elise Henriksen
I’m a Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach, and I love helping parents and future parents just like you take charge of their health and wellbeing to support a healthy body and mind.

Becoming a mom inspired me to make positive changes. For most of my life I had difficulty managing stress and nutrition which led to a variety of health and wellbeing challenges. Recognising that I could potentially pass these challenges on to my daughter was a turning point for me.

Understanding the mind-body connection, particularly the
gut-brain connection, allowed me to take charge of my health and wellbeing in a way I never thought possible.
And that is exactly what I want for you!

My mission is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to take care of your health and wellbeing long-term, and give you the confidence to pass on healthy habits and a positive mindset to your children.
